Introducing Emoji Reactions: See Your Collaboration More Clearly

Trello emoji reactions

Forget the candy hearts, the bouquet of roses, and the milk chocolate Cupid. This year we want to give you the greatest Valentineโ€™s Day gift of all: emoji reactions in Trello. We figured there was no better way to say ๐Ÿ™Œ  for being so ๐Ÿ†, by making us ๐Ÿ˜‚  on social media, for ๐Ÿš€  so many inspiring projects, and creating a community that makes us feel ๐Ÿ˜. Thank you!

How To: Trello Emoji Reactions

Emoji reactions are now live on Trello card comments. Anyone leaving a comment on a Trello card can also add an emoji reaction. So when amazing things happen in Trello, donโ€™t limit your celebration to just wordsโ€”you can also get... emojinal ๐Ÿ˜‚. To add a reaction to a comment, just click the emoji icon beneath the comment and select an emoji. Or, click an emoji that has already been added to reinforce the feels.

How to use Trello emoji reactions

Want to get a quick team pulse on an idea, graphic, or doc? Have your team react with ๐Ÿ‘  or ๐Ÿ‘Ž  emoji, or perhaps ๐Ÿ‘€  if they need a few minutes to take a look. Of course, always mind your please and thank-yous with ๐Ÿ™ , and make sure to drop plenty of ๐Ÿ™Œ , ๐Ÿ†, and ๐Ÿ˜Š  when great things happen. Recognize that collaboration should often be ๐Ÿ˜‚  and ๐Ÿ˜ , and make sure โค๏ธ  doesnโ€™t turn to ๐Ÿ’”  when a project doesnโ€™t ๐Ÿš€ on time. That means teamwork is key!
